The anchors refused to talk much about Hillary keeping state secrets on her private server. Also having subordinates remove classified markings. This is the most damning part of the issue. They didn’t even go there.
This is a great video! When hardcore members of the dem. club come out and call her a liar, it is momentous. They all repeated her lies for her over and over, apparently assuming this report would back her up. Well, it sure as heck didn’t. Even Mitchell, who a week ago was defending her on this very issue, now admits her story was b.s.
I'll be surprised if not. I've been waiting for it since the early grumblings of the investigation in the drive by media.
All we need to confirmation from either the Russian FSB or Chinese Ministry of State Security that they were able to read that private email server. The resulting political fallout will end Hillary Clinton’s political career in no time flat.
Then they use the Colin Powell did it too argument, which isn't accurate.
I don't think these lines of justification are going to fly.

When Mika asked Mitchell if she thought Hillary had lied, Mitchell said she would let the voters decide.
Todd and Mitchell are reporting this as if it is just another story.
If Hillary were a Republican all three would say without hesitation that she lied and that she is a serial liar.
Mitchell and Todd are talking about this because it is so blatant, but if they can make it go away they would.
The story is not about Hillary but that the discussion was conducted on MSNBC. i guess Andrea might be trying to have it both ways but in the first part of the piece she was negative

That’s exactly my point. They are trying to have it both ways. Posts 22,26,31 hit it right on the head showing that Mitchell and Todd are trying to spin this avoiding the obvious massive breaking of the law. They are trying to spin this as not that big of a deal without appearing hyper partisan.
I remember when Trump first announced (btw today he hit 1238 delegates) Todd said Trump was not a serious candidate and did not have a chance. Compare how he had no problem burying Trump and trashing him yet here they will not call her a liar. Todd is spinning too.

Mika turning against Hillary is a tiny little signal the MSM is maybe turning. Had Todd and Mitchell jumped on the bandwagon I might agree this was a major turning point.

MSNBC did not tell the truth. Only Mika on morning Joe. Big difference! You will never ever see Chris Matthews admitting to this. He will spin. Mitchel and Todd will do the same.
Mika admitting to this is a drop in the bucket.

Following this story is like trying to figure out what was going on in the Soviet Union by looking at pictures of who stands where for the May Day parade.
OBVIOUSLY, a shadow war has been going on between Team Clinton and Team Obama for at least eighteen months, and probably longer.
The trial balloons for Biden/Warren are going up all over the place. Andrea and Chuck are probably sold out to the Big He no matter what, but Mika is wavering - OR - she's been brought on to Team Obama, which MAY be moving to the Death of a Thousand Cuts strategy to end Team Clinton once and for all.
It's pretty clear to me that Team Obama (Valerie Jarrett and Michelle Robinson Obama) are not ABOUT to let the Big He back into the White House without a fight. They're not the type to forgive or forget the "a few years ago [this n*****] would have been getting us coffee" remark.
AND, don't forget, the leadership of Team Obama had four years of HRC up close and personal. I bet you anything that she constantly oozed contempt for her inferiors.
The drama is culminating. The end state is unknown, mostly because we don't know what the Clintons have to threaten the John Doe who goes by "Barack Hussein Obama" with.
But one thing is for sure - the pieces on the board are in motion.
