There was once a similar stunt at a passing-out parade of recruits for the London Metropolitan Police – a mussie girl got all the way through her training and then suddenly outed all strict and refused to shake hands with the Police Commissioner as he presented her with her pass certificate. No idea what happened to her but in PC Britain I imagine she was applauded.

Yeah, seems as though they only want to “reach ot and touch infidel women with their willies!” The ALL S/B neutered!
Poor choice of tactics. I can imagine situations to not shake someone’s hand. One being during communion in the Catholic mass.
Shaking of hands represents respect and equality, while groping is a sign of dominance.
I no longer shake hands...it’s been awkward...but I laugh and bump elbows or give a hug. I haven’t had a cold since I stopped...about 4 years...
And I almost had my hand broken by 2 men...one a competitor, the other a well known former Senator. I hate shaking hands...
Unless I’m solidifying a deal. PS..I’m female.
