As the mother of a 16 year old going on 12 mentally and physically AMBUSHED and BEATEN (with a 2 ft section of fence post) to death son, by a Sociopath for the jollies of seeing what it was like to kill. I worry more about the young who have no way to defend themselves. It took 2 years to get a Plea deal from M1 to M2, median sentence of 20 yrs, first parole hearing was TEN MONTHS later. 5 more after that, I fight dirty and made the creep max out his ‘good behavior’ time to the last day. Eked out 12.5 yrs of the 20. He now walks the streets of Tennessee or where ever free.
