NORMAN, Okla. An Oklahoma judge on Friday put off deciding whether to accept a man's request to plead guilty to first-degree murder in the beheading of a co-worker, as a death sentence would still be possible.
Alton Nolen reiterated his desire to plead guilty and die by lethal injection after Cleveland County District Judge Lori Walkley asked a series of questions to assess whether he understood the charges stemming from the September 2014 attack at the Vaughn Foods plant in the Oklahoma City suburb of Moore.
"I'm being (held) captive to the disbelievers of Allah, the one and only God," Nolen, who converted to Islam shortly before the attack, told the judge, declining to take the stand when delivering his testimony. "It's part of my religion that when death faces you, you do not back down."

Someone should facilitate this terrorist’s meeting with his god.
As the Queen of Hearts bellowed: OFF WITH HIS HEAD!!!
Why is he even here? And after he beheaded that person, someone should have de maled him on the spot!!!
Indeed; I think a sentence of 50 years of slaughtering pigs ought to put both his skills to the test and remove any possibility of his reaching a martyr’s paradise.
Alton Nolen may be playing the system. The more you tell the average know-it-all judge you want to be executed, right here, right now, the less that judge is likely to grant your wish. Why? To show you who has the power. The judge says “I DECIDE if you live or die, not you!”.
whisper “I put pork fat in your injections” just before you plug him in
The Islamofascist was stopped by a hero with an AR-15. Unfortunately a coup de grace head-shot was not administered.
Let the sentence go forward. The world is a better place without him and his God will be happier.
This is the true face of Islam, no ifs, ands, or buts.
An eye for an eye...a head for a head. Think they might understand that?
He’s got a point. I consider myself a disbeliever that Allah is the one and only.
They need to set him free, he self identifies as a man from god, who are we to question him....*sarcasm
Kill this moozlum murderer. Problem solved.
I thought that it was nice that he had an AR in his office.
Government is proving itself incapable of executing such people. However, with gun liberty, justice can still come swiftly to such villains.
So the public is faced with the paradox, that if such savages can reach the “sanctuary of arrest”, they can evade justice; but if an armed member of the public dispatches them, justice will have been served.
One argument against summarily eradicating them is that they may know of a greater conspiracy. But in practice, this amounts to trading a bird in the hand for the possibility of two in the bush, to be determined later. Not a good bargain. Besides, even if such a conspiracy is unveiled, all the other conspirators will face is, again, the “sanctuary of arrest”, denying the public justice.
Wait a minute, put in the brakes! I thought this was Workplace Violence!
