The fraud behind the California drivers’ licenses for illegals
American Thinker ^ | May 22, 2016 | Thomas Lifson

Californians were deceived when the state’s Democrat-dominated legislature and governor rammed through legislation granting drivers licenses to illegal immigrants. The extraordinary step of granting drivers licenses to people with no right to be in this country was justified to Californians on the basis of the need to reduce the number of uninsured motorists, who cause damage and injury to other without having any means to pay for the losses they cause.

I’ve published this before, but it bears repeating. A contractor at my defense plant showed up with about 15 Hispanics to remove flooring. They had to produce identification. They each turned over a valid Florida driver’s license. The guard noticed that although the names were different, all the other information, address, age, DL number, was the same. He told me, “if it was just one FDL I’d have given them a badge without question.”

It was not about insurance. It was about registering them to vote Democratic.

Well at least three of us here on this thread understand the obvious implication. The rest missed the point entirely, and they vote.

Well, just keep telling the truth and maybe someone will see it.

Cheers!

Can anyone buy this cheap Hispanic insurance or is it only for illegals?

Probably so. My Mexican neighbor got hit and the ars ran. Like many illegals he had this cheap insurance and could not qualify for payment for damage. He tried to blame another neighbor for repairs but police said just hit and run and use your insurance. Sucker is out of luck and after months still driving the car with a huge dent over the rear wheel well.

When Sanders didn’t run the “America” Ad - the Simon and Garfunkel beauty... I sensed Sanders was under tighter control by the DNC than any of us know.

He’s a good person (with bad ideas) and I’m pretty sure Hilarys’ got something on him.

Hate to jump to conclusions but I see a commonality here:

Ex-DMV employee, 14 others charged in driver’s license fraud scheme

https://www.ice.gov/news/releases/ex-dmv-employee-14-others-charged-drivers-license-fraud-scheme

The indictments, handed down last week, were unsealed Tuesday following the arrest of 14 of the defendants. The first indictment charges former DMV senior vehicle technician Alfonso Casarez, 49, of Fresno, and 12 others with 34 counts of criminal conspiracy, unlawful production of identification documents, and unlawful transfer of identification documents.

The others named in that indictment include: Casarez’s sister, Rosemary Fierros, 46; Victor Vasquez, 34; Dimas Dominguez Martinez, 38; Jesus Dominguez Martinez, 39; Armando Maravilla, 39; and Cassandra Casarez Fierros, 19, all of Madera, Calif.; Armando Solorio Heredia, 32; and Luis Alberto Moreno Delgado, 31, both of Riverdale, Calif.; Angel Ociris Gutierrez, 26, of Salinas, Calif.; Alcides Urias, 33, of Calexico, Calif.; Armando Treyes Andrade, 48, of Chowchilla, Calif.; and Jose Manuel Garcia, 43, of Kerman, Calif. Cassandra Casarez Fierros is also charged with making false statements to a federal law enforcement agent.

In California having a drivers license does not mean you have to have insurance. Insurance is required on the vehicle and purchasing gets a tag to attach to license plate. Illegals can and do drive all over the place and usually in vehicles with no tags. They just don’t give a shi!. Because of this people that do buy the proper insurance are paying thousands a year to cover their own repairs that the other vehicle has none.

I wonder if the illegal alien driving test includes driving while impaired skills, evading police, and so on.

I think there is a great opportunity here to change voting laws with illegal immigration. Change the electoral voting system so that the most counties won in a state gets the electoral votes. If Cook County wants to have 125% of the vote, it only affects that county and not the entire state of Illinois.

It basically becomes your firewall to end voter fraud. Want illegals? Sure. But they receive benefits from the state, but is paid for by the county. See how quick people no longer want illegal immigration.

I love this. If this had happened, Los Angeles (or any major sanctuary city) would have had to CHOOSE BETWEEN the illegals or the hard working citizens. This would be a good solution. If a county chose the illegals, you’d see a rim around the county (just outside of it) of productive citizens in safe neighborhoods.

In California having a drivers license does not mean you have to have insurance. “””

IT NEVER HAS BEEN A REQUIREMENT-—in ANY state.

Think back—When we all got our driver’s licenses as teenagers—we didn’t have our own cars—we drove our parents cars. Their insurance went up quite a bit-—but WE ALL had out driver’s licenses-—and WE did NOT have our own separate insurance.

I did get my first car when I turned 18 & i paid for my own insurance. Nov 1957. 1957 Pontiac 2 door hardtop. Insurance cost me $52 every 6 months!!!!

I lived in So Calif for 29 years & then moved to N Calif & lived there another 12 years. I can remember when uninsured motorist insurance cost me $1 extra every month.

When I moved to N Nevada, my uninsured motorist insurance came out higher than what I paid in Calif. My current premium is about 36% for uninsured motorists——OUCH—and then this state gives illegals licenses, also.

When I asked why, the answer was “ ILLEGALS & 24 hour state activity”.

Drunk driving seems to be as popular as soccer with many Mexicans here in Illinois

Our paper is just littered with them in the police blotter. Not saying other races don’t, but there seems to be an unusually discordant ratio compared to other ethnic groups.

When I moved to California, in 1981, I leased an apartment in a very nice complex, not realizing that a barrio was about a mile away. I didn’t have much problems with the residents, but we did patronize the same shopping center.
I noticed that Mexican men would start drinking after work on Friday afternoon, and go just about non stop, all weekend long. You’d see a tipsy fellow Friday after work, Saturday he’d be hammered, and Sunday, barely functional.

A CHP officer I knew told of a Latin guy he arrested one Sunday with a blood alcohol level that should have left him dead, something like .25. During booking, the guy told him, that except for passing out a few times, he had been drinking cases of Bud, non stop since the end of the work week.

It doesn’t put them on voter rolls. Before I became a citizen I had a drivers license. It had no impact on my voting status. Unless they pass a bill allowing non-citizens to vote I don’t see how they can.

...that said, the fact that somebody that is here illegally can attain a drivers license is astonishing. We’re just giving up sovereignty.

This whole fiasco was about getting the illegals registered to vote and into the welfare offices. America is the land of the big piñata and the commie ‘RATS wanted to get the illegal aliens in on the “free stuff” action while also convincing them to vote for the commie ‘RATS.
