It is not considered polite to mention it, but Obama observers have ignored a great deal of evidence that the president of the United States was abused at approximately age ten and afterwards, in a way that would be criminal under American and European law. This whole topic should be out of bounds for political debate, but now the grown up Barack Obama has issued an edict to American school systems, which are responsible for the welfare of millions of children in this country. It is legally unprecedented that the president would direct whether schoolchildren should able to enter bathrooms reserved for a different gender. It is Obama himself who has now pushed what Freud called psychosexual development onto the political stage, where it does not belong.
Medically and scientifically, the credibility of children's beliefs about their own sexuality has no foundation in evidence. Sexual development has been studied in psychiatry and psychology since the 19th century, usually by way of case histories. But our truly reliable evidence is near zero. Any nationwide policy affecting the psychosexual development of children is therefore absurd and irresponsible on its face. Nobody knows for sure, because there is no scientific standard for sexual identity. Some studies of so-called "sex change" surgery show high failure rates. Until recently, no medical doctor would have authorized any unproven treatment for an underage individual. The Obama edict therefore has no medical or scientific basis, to say the least.

There’s another thing I haven’t seen mentioned often— Obama’s mother’s death. Going by memory, he visited her once very briefly after she received a terminal diagnosis. However, when the time of her death approached, he went right on campaigning. I don’t recall him ever appearing worried, distracted or sad. Rather, he seemed invigorated.
No one seemed to think it odd that a son wouldn’t want to be with his mother, and maybe exchange a few last words, at such a time. It IS odd, though. Your only mother only dies once. To most sons and daughters, it’s a major event.
I do recall him dumping her ashes in the sea. He looked invigorated then, too.
If Obama was abused by the nanny, by Davis, or by both, he’d naturally hold his mother responsible. That’s possibly the best explanation for his making zero effort to see her shortly before she died. At least I can’t think of a better one.

That was his grandmother, but she raised him after mom sent him back from Indonesia. His mother died in 1995.
Grandma was the reason he went to an exclusive Prep school and got into Occidental.
I remember him visiting his grandmother when she was ill. At the time, it was reported as a feel-good story, with no mention of her illness being serious, much less life-threatening. He swooped in for a quick visit, (after stopping off at her house to pick up God-only-knows what), and then quickly returned to the campaign trail. About ten days later, (about the amount of time it takes the average nursing home patient to starve/dehydrate to death), Granny died. That shut her up.
Interesting story I did not know about. This almost gives credence to rumors that maybe Marshall was really Obama’s father and the product of Marshall and Obama’s grandfather’s wanderings around Honolulu’s seedier places. With Marshall sleeping with various young women, Obama maybe being a product of ones these casual evening’s.
I read a long account of this possibility some years ago and maybe it now makes sense.

Thanks for that clarification. I still believe I’m correct that he didn’t visit his mother in the weeks preceding her death. Maybe if I have time later I’ll look it up, but that’s my recollection.
That’s an interesting timeline. Years ago I watched a YouTube video entitled, Did Obama Kill his Grandmother. It made some compelling points, but could not, obviously, prove its case.
I’ll just be glad and thankful when he’s out of the WH. I thought his tenure would be a disaster. It’s been so much worse.
I believe you are correct about his mother as well, you just had the two confused. Grandma passed during the campaign, which as you pointed out, didn’t seem to faze him.
