How about “Hello, I’m Ze Bill Gates.... Yes, I do look different in person... and in this dress... and Ze demands you cash this little $10,000 starter check... and if you don’t, I’m going to claim you discriminated against ne!”
Does this apply to book publishers? I can just picture the dialogue in the latest crime thriller.
How long did it take you to jump on the Free Republic Hate New York City bandwagon?
The reality is, so much about this is all about money.
Once you have such a commission comma you need to have commissioners making more than $150,000 a year comma clerks and staff also making high salaries and protected against ever being fired by their unions and their threats of charges of discrimination.
Then on top of that, you have all the lawyers who expec to make millions of dollars in contingency fees by suing or just threatening to sue people who inadvertently do not follow he’s psychotic rules.
Follow the money, follow the crime
You mean, “Hey... Faggot!”
One pico second. It sux.
Not “gender idiocy.” Full on totalitarian control.
Comply or be fined.
Don’t pay the fine? Men with guns will come to see you. Guaranteed.
Seig Heil!
Exactly. Great observation.
So do you.
That’s quite NY of you! LOL
If it spreads, it won't matter. If unopposed, evil (or insanity) always succeeds.
Fortunately New York has more than enough lamp posts.
This has moved far beyond simply the "idiocracy."
Our major cities all seem to have become insane asylums full of deviants, thugs and little more.
Human Rights commission must be operating on a different version of the Constitution, I guess.
I wasn't aware that that was possible, though. Plus dozens of prior Supreme Court decisions, precedents and settled law.
New York must be privileged with a different reality.
I'm just a dumb retired engineer, but if memory serves me right, there is no Amendment modifying or repealing, the following... "...nor be deprived of life, liberty, or property, without due process of law; nor shall private property be taken for public use, without just compensation."
Passing an unconstitutional local ordinance does not constitute "due process of law."
Class action suit?
Didn't Canada go through a decade long torture by exactly just a similar group before their legislature clarified things in a most final way?
Don't these wannabe tyrants ever learn from others' mistakes?
If I’m not mistaken, there is data to show that people are already leaving many of the major liberal cities. With an associated revenue impact that the cities are already moaning about.
