The laid back and trendy college town of Iowa City was plunged into turmoil a little over two weeks ago, after a black University of Iowa freshman claimed that three white men had viciously attacked him in the downtown and called him a racial slur. A media firestorm ensued, with the first report airing on a Chicago news station. Iowa City police quickly declared they were investigating a possible hate crime and even consulted with the FBI. City and university officials were on the defensive. Social justice warriors held protests.
The hate crime, however, turned out to be a hoax – just as more than a few observers had suspected all along.

When they turn out to be false the media is silent.
And the hoaxer is never charged with filing a false police report or expelled from school.
He will use the “I was just trying to raise awareness” excuse.
I love how people chide the liars saying that they have made it harder for “real” victims.
Like what real victims? If these fake ones get this much publicity, then how come we don’t hear about these supposed real “hate crimes”?
Anybody who does that needs to pay the same penalty that a normal person would have paid under the false accusation. No exceptions. No black privilege.
White lives have been ruined, but certain people enjoy freedom from prosecution, due to their protective pigmentation.
Wonder what the REAL percentage of black on white hate crimes is to white on black hate crimes?????

Of course they should...If you or I filed a false police report, we’d be arrested and fined at the least...So should they...

In my lifetime I have known two different guys that were great as long as they were sober, but get a little alcohol in them and they suddenly became 10 foot tall and bullet-proof and wanted to fight any body in the bar.............................and usually lost..............
I’ve only seen one...and that was last week....

The minute I saw this on the news I knew it was a lie. It was actually embarrassing watching the news readers go ga-ga over it. How much longer will they play the willing fool to these liars? It’s getting ridiculous. Even now, colleges are sending groups of students to Ferguson on “study trips” to “understand” the climate there and the racism the poor citizens have to deal with. Ugh - it was all a lie and the liars are still cashing in.
A old black guy was standing on a street corner and a black teenager came from behind and hit him in the back of the head, knocking him into the street...
I guess there weren’t any white people in the hood and the kid was afraid to go out of the hood....
