Foster’s apparent suicide was quite suspicious. Two investigators – Robert Fiske and Kenneth Starr – separately concluded that Foster shot himself and died, due to suicide.
But over time, major questions have been raised about what may have really killed him. Now, recently discovered evidence blows the case wide open!

After reading Alamo Girls' "Downside Legacy", I am pretty sure that Mr. Starr received an offer he couldn't refuse.
Way back in the 60s, a Texas buddy of LBJ, Billy Sol Estes, was running a con. He borrowed millions using non-existent fertilizer tanks as collateral. A prominent figure in the case was found dead, shot in the head with a bolt-action rifle. The medical examiner ruled suicide.

And now Starr is the President and Chancellor at Baylor University, where several football players have been busted for sexual assault.

Didn’t the autopsy also indicate that Foster had engaged in sex with a blonde woman shortly before his death? There were some pubic hairs that were never brought up again.
I think you are thinking of the carpet fibers there were found on his clothing. And then there was the story back then of a WH janitor hauling a rug out of the WH. And then he retired and moved away somewhere and was never seen again. End of story.

Anyway in answer to your question — as I remember. Hillary had asked Foster, while still in Arkansas, to spy on Bill — Foster did and hired a Private Detective - Parks. Later, in the White House, Foster wanted out and said he was going to resign. The article says that the Clintons figured Foster was too honest a guy to lie for them and feared he might talk so had to be eliminated - as Parks was eliminated 6 weeks later.
