Donald Trump has already done the seemingly impossible, becoming the first non-politician in decades to capture a major partys presidential nomination. His how-did-this-happen accomplishment was also achieved in a largely unprecedented manner. No one freaked out over nominations of Mitt Romney in 2012 and John McCain in 2008. This year, however, there are a slew of people who are downright on suicide watch thanks to the The Donalds antics.

The cynicism comes from being lied to over and over. Bush v Gore. I walked around the state house protesting the recount. Bush was a disappointment. I watched the people give the congress to the republicans. Huge disappointment. So, I’m not going to get too excited.
And I didn’t say Trump is a fraud. I said I HOPE it’s not just another scam to make “we the people” think we can actually change anything with our votes. Because they sure don’t want us changing things with bullets instead of ballots.
