> The President CANNOT legislate. This can simply be ignored.

Of course. I expect governors will comply though, Republican governors.

That kid would immediately be arrested for indecency, and if any of the girls are minors, he could be slapped with even more charges.

It’s called “hypocrisy”, and the left loves to use it!

Correction: dictate.

And it comes down to the issue of “if”.

When our kids are done here we’re sending them to Hillsdale College.

Trump had the correct answer on NBC news this AM. He said that it’s an issue for state and local governments to decide.

Revolution? I only wish. Instead, we continue playing the electoral politics game . . . and hope (along with “change”) springs eternal, it seems.

O is setting into motion all the things he hasn’t been able to, like total control of education, the oil industry, guns and ammo.

Maybe he has a big national catastrophe planned so that he can declare martial law and stay in for awhile to show his force, with guv backing?

I am a man who identifies as a woman who likes to wear men’s clothing.

Am I attracted to women?

The women at the local spa are about to find out.

It’s past time for the schools to get off of “federal aid,” (or is it federal molestation?)

Yup.

We’ll see what happens to Target in a few months. One presumptive nominee chooses to let men use the women’s bathrooms in his properties, the other wants to force all to comply, at least as far as I can tell. Twilight Zone stuff.

All Trump has said so far is ‘let the state’s decide’ to this latest thing I guess. Which is better than nothing. But come on, no level of gov’t should tell a private business who they have to let into the bathroom. It’s not that hard. As far as publically owned bathrooms...state is way better than feds, but yeesh.

Freegards

How is this madness continued? Sit back, relax a few minutes, and then use some common sense. If a person has male genitals, IT should use the Men’s Room. If a person has female genitals, IT should use the Women’s Room.

Case closed.

It is not about how you feel or how you “identify.” Those ideas are total BS.

This distraction has been caused by really sick people.

ENOUGH!

If that is the case then the 19th amendment was a mistake.

There's already plenty of evidence piled up during the past 100 years to make that case.

Ya know, I was a bit of a Hell raiser in school from the 9th grade on, particularly whenever I was egged-on (applauded/praised) by my peers for my wit and bravery ... LOL ... primarily because I was usually reticent and "shy."

This dual use bathroom mess would be right up my alley! Oh yeah! How I would love to be back in Hih School for THIS!

Talk about slapping the bejesus out of some swishy twit! I'd be so happy to do the honors!

And he is absolutely correct. Education is a state issue and always has been. The Carter Dept. of Education is unconstitutional. Are you implying a federal solution to this issue?
