I would think Hispanics in the country legally would stand against illegal immigration.
Yep, that is the biggest un-told story of the last 30 years. Hispanics that are here LEGALLY are no happier with illegals flooding in and taking their jobs than the rest of us.
There is a Mexican family in my neighborhood who came here legally. They opened a small grocery store about a decade ago. They now own FOUR stores and a restaurant. Worked their butts off to achieve the American Dream.
I’d think the last thing they would want is for the drug-dealing gang-bangers they fled in Mexico to turn up here.

My next door neighbor is Hispanic and legal...He has been here for 20 years and has a daughter that has earned an academic scholarship to UNC...
They are appalled at the ILLEGALS and how they have been allowed to roam around our country....
The ones who came here legally see America as a beacon of freedom and embrace the concept of being an American and not a person of the country of origin they came from. Can’t say that about the illegal hordes coming here today.
I agree. There is every reason to be supportive of legal immigrants, but illegal immigrants really should be sent back to their homes to apply the correct way for entry.
That is not cruel. In fact, it is KIND. It makes it so that there is no hiding, no fear of exposure for themselves or their kids, and no inability to be involved in the communities in which they live.
It is far, far kinder to encourage illegals to go home and get in line to become legal.

Almost to the person, all my Latino friends are Democrat and are quite outspoken about Trump. There are professionals in upper/middle management. Yes, there are a good number of folks out there that get it and see the difference, but too many are loyal to their people and operate in mob rule fashion. Hopefully we don’t see any more than usual this cycle. Trump can win even with a pretty sizable disadvantage among Latinos. The gap cannot grow bigger, though.

Why conservative candidates don’t use this argument is beyond me. Trump needs to hammer this point home 100%. If they moved from corrupt countries to the US for a better life, why in the world would they want to go BACK to corruption by voting for Crooked Hillary?
