The Obama administration is planning to issue a sweeping decree telling every public school district in the country to allow transgender students to use the bathrooms that match their gender identity, the New York Times reported on Thursday.
The letter to school districts that will go out on Friday describing what they should do to ensure that none of their students are discriminated against is signed by officials of the Justice Department and Education Department, according to the Times.

First, if the states are already accepting funds for agree-upon purposes, it is coercive and unconstitutional to withdraw all the funding by adding new provisions.
Second, it is Congress, and not the President, who sets the purposes of the funding.
So the SCOTUS ruling on the Medicare expansion of Obamacare should be precedent to stop Obama from using federal funding supplements to schools to coerce them into accepting new bathroom political policies.

When is someone, besides Trump, going to point to the sanctuary cities issue and note that the POS has not done squat to stop a complete violation of US Law but condones it.

There is no time to wait now. Waiting, equivocating, beating around the bush and hoping some politician or elected official will save us from this march to hell is what got us to this point. Everyone hopes that someone else will “fix” it.
Boycott businesses, keep your kids home from school, withhold tax dollars, whatever it takes. This will require the unity of Americans who still have their sanity along with some sacrifice by them. It’s time. It sure would beat an all out war and be a lot less painful than having your children, your families and yourself fed to a bunch of raving perverts. Nobody, I repeat, nobody, is going to be safe in the world that these evil despots are creating in America and the world.

The courts are not suppose to make laws but congress lets them do it all the time .
How is this a Federal issue under the constitution?Even as an executive order how does Obama have the jurisdiction to control state bathroom usage? The order should be ignored. Let him go to court.
