The counties between Chicago and Milwaukee bordering Lake Michigan are, indeed, Ryan's district. You can see one is light Trump brown and most of them are dark Cruz yellow. The map is only showing vote by county and, of course, the most populous counties, in the south Milwaukee suburbs, went for Cruz. It just shows Trump has some counties in Ryan's district.

Kasich, whose color is red, and garnered 14% statewide to Trump's second place 35%, did not win a single county. Those colors were arbitrarily assigned by the owner of the website before the primary season started. I know it gets confusing because brown and yellow are close, but he had no idea that they would finish #1 and #2 before the primary season started. Jeb Bush was assigned a distinguished blue and didn't win a single county in a single state.
