As so well stated by the Obergefell dissents, it is precisely the definition of the competing bounds of the rival claims to genuine liberty that civil society and legislatures must contend. It was bad enough that we bestowed constitutional protections to the willful claims of same sex partners that trump age old understandings of marriage via judicial fiat. Here it is not even a year later and through administrative fiat we are about awarding the willful right to proclaim sexual identity to children!

And this "right" must be respected or you are a bigot!
