The only two living Republican former Presidents have no plan to endorse Donald Trump:
For the first time since his own presidency, George H.W. Bush is planning to stay silent in the race for the Oval Office — and the younger former president Bush plans to stay silent as well.
Bush 41, who enthusiastically endorsed every Republican nominee for the last five election cycles, will stay out of the campaign process this time. He does not have plans to endorse presumptive GOP nominee Donald Trump, spokesman Jim McGrath told The Texas Tribune.

Who cares what the Bush’s do, they helped screw up this country as much as the dems did so who really cares whom they endorse. Remember the Bush’s are great friends of the Clinton’s and just as corrupt. Best they stay out of it.

Exactly. I’m not a Trump fan, but anyone who endorsed Dole, Romney, and McStain (and to some extent W) has actually turned themselves into a reverse-endorser. Who wants a candidate favored by people who liked those idjits?
I mean after the personal attacks from Trump, he cannot reasonably expect their endorsement. If you say $%$@ &%$ to enough people, some of them won’t want to be your friend anymore.

Thank God! Their endorsement would have been the kiss of death. The NeverTrump contingent has done so much good for Trump - probably brought in a million votes extra for him.
They never really were on our side were they.
