Today the Obama Justice Department warned North Carolina state officials that their state stands to lose millions of dollars in federal funds unless they change a measure limiting access to bathrooms for transgender people. In a letter to Gov. Pat McCrory, DOJ contends that they and North Carolina would be in violation of federal civil rights law if the bill passes.
According to the Justice Department, the state law violates federal law under Title VII of the U.S. Civil Rights Act, which prohibits discrimination on the basis of sex. The Obama administration says that with the passage of House Bill 2, “the state is engaged in a pattern or practice of resistance to the full enjoyment of Title VII right by employees of public agencies.”

Note that the Obama perverts cannot prosecute alleged discrimination against homosexuals because 'sexual orientation' is not included nor alluded to in the Civil Rights Act.
So these Obama perverts discuss amongst themselves how to 'retaliate' against North Carolina and the best they come up with is stretching the meaning of the term 'sex' to include not only gender but also those that view themselves as 'transgender'. The term 'transgender' was not even a remote consideration in 1964 when the Civil Rights Act was passed.

Maybe NC should threaten to leave the Union.
Perhaps it is time for Obama to be honest with the country and admit his homosexuality. He owes the American people to admit the real basis of his policies.

Ignore him and any rulings, delay every proceeding with filings and motions. November is coming then this case will be dropped.

Uh, if this is going to happen, WHAT becomes of the people in the past that have been arrested and convicted etc for being in the wrong place at the wrong time - Man in Ladies or Lady in Mens and of the people were jailed for having sex in a rest room, how about the people that were ‘turned in’ because some one reported one going into the ‘wrong’ rest room and ‘they’ discovered another ‘crime’ going on.
As to NBA & NFL etc, it has been suggested that they have no business complaining about ‘equal rights’ until women and midgets are playing and starting in their leagues.
