The counrty’s already in ression. The job losses will be huge by Nov. CA experiencing a 1 bil tax shortfall in April is just the tip of the iceberg.
Trump first task will be dealing with a world wide depression greater than the 1930s one. I hope he’s up to it.

If you question Trump on his policies you must want Hillary to win.

“Trump has said he will reach a consensus with Congress, and he will.”
I don’t know what you’ve been smoking but it must be a form of Trumopiate.

I predict most people will overlook the most important parts of this story, namely all of the conservative items on Trump’s 100 first days agenda.

dead political carcasses I like that ... and in politics it's often difficult to tell the difference between that group and the live congress critters!

What law gives the President the power to impose 35% tariffs on companies "moving jobs out of the country"?
Under the Trade Act of 1974, specifically Section 301, it would appear there is plenty of authority for doing just that:
Creating an unstable business environment would discourage investment and reduce employment.
The business environment is already 'unstable' and nobody needs any reminders about our reduced and
under employment situation.
Happy to help.

The same law that permits them to abolish the IRS, Obamacare, Education, EPA, etc.....NONE...No president can do that without an executive order. It’s Congress. ALL the candidates play the same game. The difference is, I believe Trump will actually get the leadership of Congress together and cajole them to do it.

Get the turd out of your mouth. He answered the question numerous times in national media that of course it would reach a consensus of Congress. You have a problem with that?

I think that a lot of the stuff in obamacare was added in later with Executive Orders. I’m guessing it is the same on all of the other things too. One could declare all of those EO’s void and probably put a big dent in things.

Bilateral talks with Mexico would start pretty quickly on the wall... I suspect they will be unilateral. Why would Mexico participate?

The New York Times is a questionable source of info They are quoting Trump throughout the story.
To: DoodleDawg
That’s what I question. How reliable are the quotes?
