It will be interesting to read some of the transcripts, and even more interesting, the filings in this case.
Oswald was always interesting. No doubt he pulled a trigger, but how many shooters?
Two of my old neighbors, a highly placed Agency couple, once made a great argument that Oswald was not set up by the Agency.
“Had it been an Agency op. Oswald wound have “committed suicide” before he ever left the School Book Deppsitory.”
The deposition transcripts are fascinating. They take up a large part of the book.
One of the keys to the case was that Hunt had a carefully constructed alibi for the day of the assassination, but Lane’s star witness, Marita Lorenz, put Hunt in Dallas the day before the assassination, and Hunt had no alibi for that day, even from his own children.
Some people theorize that Officer Tippit was supposed to take out Oswald, but Oswald got him first.
But then Oswald supposedly had no gun shot residue on his fingers.
I can’t keep up with checking it all out!
