Yeah, and I think Trump probably doesn't appreciate that some people (and Cruz may be one of them) just cannot take attacks this personal. And, I notice that Bush and Rubio have also been very quiet. This could get very weird. We'll see how many of Trump's opponents show up at the convention. It looks like he can count on Christie and Carson.

Hopefully, the party will come together, but I'm not sure that some of these guys are coming around. They just aren't used to being attacked like they were this year.

Cruz has taken personally Trump’s attacks on Cruz’s wife and father

Cruz's PAC started the first attack on Trump's wife. Pappy Cruz brought Trump's comments on by his own verbiage. If Cruz doesn't like the flak then he needs to get his PAC and his father under control. But really, Cruz should have dropped out when he got mathematically eliminated. Everything going forward from that moment is what he is begging for anyhow.

“Scorched earth” and “mutually assured destruction” are some phrases that come to mind...

Cruz can’t see beyond his long pointy nose. Over 5 million Texans will vote Trump in November. Far more people than have ever voted Cruz in his life. One term Teddy has just ended his political career. How sad.

This site, along with Drudge and Breitbart, has become Donald trump’s little fan club while there wasn’t a single article about Hillary Clinton wanting to destroy the coal industry this morning when I did my search.

That topic was covered this morning on Free Republic.

“It looks like he can count on Christie and Carson.”

I think Rand will support the nominee.

Poor Ted he worked so hard developing a narrative and timeline for his parents — even wrote a book, finally got his dad U.S. Citizenship, got his dad’s divorces cleaned up, got his own Canadian citizenship cleaned up,
Tidied up his sad half brothers sad story, cleaned up so much more, but now the lid is being lifted off the whole keg of worms — Ted is complissant and has been creatively covering for them.

They had to get the money they are giving to the refugees from somewhere.

Obama budgets $17,613 for every new illegal minor...
More than Social Security retirees get!

Trump baited him
Cruz took it deep
Now Trump can rail on him for going ballistic.

Undun

by The Guess Who

He's come undone
He didn't know what he was headed for
And when I found what he was headed for
It was too late

He's come undone
He found a mountain that was far too high
And when he found out he couldn't fly
It was too late

It's too late
He's gone too far
He's lost the sun

He's come undone
He knew people wanted truth, but all he told was lies
Came the time to realize
And it was too late

He's come undone
He didn't know what he was headed for
And when I found what he was headed for
Mama, it was too late

It's too late
He's gone too far
He's lost the sun
He's come undone
No-na-na, no-na-na, no-na-na

Cruz has a scumbag campaign manager

Cruz has used scumbag tactics in the delegate election process to obtain proportions of delegates that are not reflective of voting results (I understand it’s legal, but the concept of a person who got obliterated in popular voting winning on technical insider games is scumbaggery)

Cruz’s campaign manager and tactics are representative of him. And all this “appointed/anointed by God” nonsense, he could absolutely kaibosh this stuff from his surrogates, but yet we keep hearing it. Which only means that he actually believes it. Or he’s #lyinted

Anxiously awaiting Scumbag Ted’s exit from the national race. Bring it home Hoosiers!!

.

If someone that respectfully engages someone they disagree with is petty, stupid and little then God help us if that is the wisdom that rules the day. It reminds me of Code Pink

what makes me sick is that that idiot is celebrated and cruz was supposedly wanting to be punched.

Cruz was nothing but respectful to a mindless idiot and Cruz the bad guy.

Well, Trump still has Christie and Carson. Probably Huckabee, too. I’m not sure about a lot of them, though. Trump is trying to see how far he can push the envelope without permanently alienating too many other people in the party. I think he believes that after he gets the nomination, he can get his opponents to forget what went down. We’ll see if that works. A lot of the people who lost are being very quiet right now.

Stop. Just stop. You have proven my point perfectly.

Eat our own and watch Madam President Hillary Clinton walk into the White House next year.

We are 7 months from the crucial election in our history and all I see is WAHHHH TED CRUZ SAID THIS WAHHH TED CRUZ DOES THAT.

I’ll give it to Trump. He had me with his foreign policy speech last week. Now we’re back to this dumpster fire BS.

Cruz’s attempted social conservative vote suppressing targeting of Trump’s character today proves it never really was about conservatism with the Cruz and his cult followers. Cruz has never said such things about ANY Democrat. Clearly, he would rather have Hillary as POTUS. Remarkable, isn’t it?

Great job? I’d expect the type of dialogue and exchange from my 13 yo daughter not an adult. The exchange was totally disrespectful and quite honestly makes the protester look like a Code Pink loonbat. Wished I’d been there and had that exchange, our side would have appeared to have had some level of intelligence in that back and forth.

Trust me this exchange did nothing to further our cause of expunging the GOPe. If anything it made us appear to be juvenile, unintelligent and quite frankly a laughingstock.

Hillary is shaking in her witch boots about right now. The other various corrupt elites are being put on notice too.

Damn it feels good...

with all due respect, he was acting as a well trained lawyer and the (failed) desperate move was a calculated one. you must not spend much time behind the scenes - you have, however, fallen for the CRUZe desired narrative... ;)

“This guy did a great job up against lyin’ Ted.”

Yesterday on Lou Dobbs, Ed Rollins, laughing as Lou played the clip, stated “this guy will never have to buy a beer again in Indiana.”

I agree he did great - never raised his voice — just held his sign up and made retorts. Very knowledgeable on the primary thus far — is he a Freeper?

BTW Lou Dobbs on Fox Business is more enjoyable (to me) than any of the Fox News commentators and even more special when Varney joins in. That’s who I’ll watch tonight when polls close.

And, maybe Cruz isn't really angry. Maybe he's just faking.

As Trump looks at all this, he must/should be thinking, "For what reason will guys like Bush, Rubio, Kasich and Cruz want me to win in November? Is it possible that they will want me to lose?" Bush and Rubio still have some clout in Florida. Kasich is governor of Ohio. Those are important states. I think these guys could be helpful to Trump. The other side of that coin is that they could also be harmful to Trump. He should try to figure out a way to get them invested in his campaign, if that is still possible.
