I guess we have to agree to disagree; failure to follow instructions and expect a good result is NOT logical and faulting the writer for ones failure to follow is worse than illogical even though it is SOP now days to fault others for ones failure to follow instructs.

What’s your explanation of Washington himself being unable to follow those instructions, having had a hand in their construction and having personally known all of the others you have been quoting?
