Well, it's now a clean sports sweep of Indiana for Trump!

Bobby Knight of the Hoosiers and Lou Holtz of the Fightin' Irish.  Tomorrow's the team to shake down the thunder from the skies, Donald!  Hey, whatever happened to Larry Byrd?

But now this ND alum is now be a Georgia Bulldog fan.  Go Dawgs!

Are you from Indiana?

I am. This doesn’t hurt Trump in the least.

For some reason, I don’t expect Clint to come out openly endorsing Donald. Not just yet. Clint seems like a very thoughtful, organized character. He may consider Donald too disorganized and off the cuff, all while understanding his appeal. We will see.

Another Californian Republican, I really don’t expect to support Trump will be Ex-Gov A. Schwartzenegger. Arnold is as RINO as can be, and still wants to be liked by his Hollywood or East Coast (Kennedy type) pals.

Here is a recent poll:

“Trump has 49% support to Cruz’s 34% and John Kasich’s 13% in the Hoosier State, per an NBC/Wall Street Journal/Marist survey released Sunday.”

Lou Holtz was ran off from Arkansas because he made a campaign commercial for Jesse Helms. The hog logo was seen behind him in the ad. So, that espn political correctness has been around for a long time.

“Because Notre Dame fans are not regional, and a lot people probably don’t like them.”

Nick say good night until Wednesday morning.

Tomorrow will be the Republican Primary election in Indiana.

Unlike you, the people of Indiana have great respect for Lou Holtz!

Quite the contrary! I am a big fan of Lou Holtz!

I merely pointed out reasons I'm not sure that it will do much one way or another. Unfortunately, I have come across people from Indiana that don't like ND. Plus, it was 20 years ago.

Nice endorsement to pick up. First met Lou Holtz as a kid back in 1972 during his North Carolina days. A real class act, and not a bad amateur magician/comedian.

Amazing how he could turn a program around quickly just by changing attitude and enthusiasm. His winning attitude was contagious.

Are you forgetting Clint did one of the greatest off the cuff speeches at the Republican National Convention ever.

Obama = Empty Chair

No one could forget that Empty Chair act.
In that election, it was far easier for most republicans to think they understood exactly who and what Romney was all about. Like most successful politicians until now, Romney was a closed set of known positions, ideals and traits. Trump is far more complex as a politician, a ‘conservative’, an individual, and a masterful manipulator of the media.

Romney, was more cogent and consistent in his views, except for a few walk backs, i.e. 47% quote. Romney’s credibility began to crumble when he was so very quick to disavow own words.
