I seriously doubt the movie will be made staring anyone...
So much for that famous left wing compassion, understanding and tolerance. All lies if you disagree with them on anything.
When my mom was still coming into reality occasionally and knew who I was, she told me that everyone was telling her that her parents and brothers were all dead and wanted to know if it was true. I told her it was true, and she told me how scary it was to not remember anything, and she hoped this never happened to me. I’m getting teary just writing this.
Nothing funny about this disease.
Thanks for your reply! My mom is not quite that far along the path. She experiences aphasia quite often and that frustrates her very much. When I realized what was happening I learned not to correct her confused word choices. Unless it’s something she absolutely needs and I have difficulty understanding will I ask her again to clarify. Of course she gets angry with me then and tells me there is nothing wrong with her brain and that something is wrong with me because I don’t understand. It’s like walking on eggshells.
It’s heartbreaking to see the parent you know and love slowly lose their abilities. If this movie is made, they will be insulting nearly every family in America.
Someone stupid playing someone brilliant.
I have no problem with this movie being in made, poor taste and all, because I enjoy watching the idiots on the left reveall themselves for the loser scum they truly are. It helps delineate the battle lines. The same folks who observe 9/11 by watching Farenheit 9/11 will flock to this movie.
Yes, it is so heartbreaking. My dad started like that with aphasia. He lost all ability to communicate eventually. I’m so sorry. Now mom, her speech has not been affected - we joke that she will be talking all the way. She’s got something to say about everything. Lol.
Heartbreaking. A beloved young family member died last year and on the way to her first family affair last week, all the way in the car, she kept asking me “Who died, besides [my dad]?” And I kept having to tell her and she was so sad each time and wanted to know how. It was so sad and frustrating, every 5 minutes.
So sad, I sympathize with you.
