Exactly. As a Texan, I loved him as governor, and had high hopes for him as president. In the end, I was sadly disappointed. Unfortunately, those failures, especially 2005-2008 were extremely damaging to conservatism as a cause.

And I agree with Catsrus..Cruz is not a Natural Born Citizen of the United States...he was born in Canada; he has no proof he is even legal to be in the United States, or he wouldn’t have sealed his records like obuma did; and he isn’t legal to be a Senator from Texas in Our Government...
I devoutly fight every day here for your right to believe what you want. But, I believe that we take none of this communist crap. ZERO. If they show up-— WE SHOW UP-=MORE until they don’t want to show up. This is a war for our country. If you want to lay down, then get a pillow and go get in that corner. I don’t want to see any more bloody Trump supporters without opposite and equal communist casualties. That’s my belief.

The Reagan Democrats are back and I hope that we can keep them. They are more like us than they are like the moonbats that now run the party. I am so glad that they have broken free from the lifelong Democrat conditioning. Also there is a revolt in the Republican party and we are opening up the windows and letting the fresh air into our party. We do not have to settle for those stiffs like McCain and Romney that we had in the past. Free at last! Free at last!
