A sign posted in a Target bathroom stall cautioned female customers that men can now use the women’s restroom because of the company’s recent policy. The sign left many people baffled and outraged.
The sign was posted in the women’s restroom in a Keizer, Oregon Target. It read:
Attention Ladies:
Target Corp. has publically announced that Men may now use the Women’s restroom (and vice versa), no questions asked.
The sign further implored other customers to “please be cautious” and to “report suspected hidden cameras” and “loitering or peeping individuals.” In addition, it called on parents to “use [their] good judgment about sending children or teens to the restroom alone.”
One customer Nathalie Olds found the sign over the weekend and was confused by it, not realizing that it was probably posted by a protester. “I took it as fact. Heterosexual cisgender men were allowed in the bathroom now,” she said.
When she checked Target’s policy on restrooms, she saw that transgender people were allowed to use whichever restroom corresponded to their “gender identity.” Then, she became angry.
She was deeply offended that whoever posted the sign didn’t understand that a transgender man – that is, a woman who “identifies” as a man – is not a woman. She – or “he” – should be allowed to use the men’s restroom. And vice versa.
Olds concluded that the perpetrator responsible for the hateful sign must have been “transphobic.”
“I realized it was obviously somebody who was transphobic or somebody who wanted to basically state that transgender women are men and that’s not ok with me,” she said.
Target is investigating the matter to find out who is responsible for putting the sign up. Meanwhile, Olds said that she will not be shopping at that Target location until she knows for certain that the person responsible for the atrocity is not a Target employee.
As someone who's cleaned toilets before, I have to say that the women's bathrooms are no cleaner than the men's. If anything they tended to be worse.
I predict 99.9% of these nuts will be males trying to use the women's restroom.

There were headlines a couple days ago about someone dropping his pants and taking a dump in a store. He got in trouble. The guy really should sue on the basis of gender restroom confusion or claustrophobia or something equally insane.

How about if women go into the Target bathrooms with an Aim n Flame lighter and a can of wasp and hornet spray and if a creepy guy is in there with a camera, light him up. Melt the friggin’ camera ‘til nothing’s retrievable.
Sane people need to step up in a big way to send an unmistakable message that freaks committing crimes will not be tolerated. If questioned, they can say “But I was born this way and I self-identify as a freak-torching arsonist. You have to accept me for who I am.”

Well, I’ve got an idea... don’t use the bathrooms at Target. Better yet, don’t step foot in a Target. When they lose millions maybe they’ll think twice before they trash common decency again.
I think something like this already happened in a Planet Fitness gym women’s locker room. I think the person reporting the man in the women’s locker room was asked to leave and to surrender her membership. I will look it up if someone hasn’t already.

What should be done now is , LADIES! I KNOW THIS IS NOT LADY LIKE BUT IF YOU NEED TO USE THE BATHROOM, USE THE FITTING ROOM FLOORS TO SHOW YOUR DISGUST FOR THESE CRETANS WHO ARE TAKING AWAY YOUR RIGHTS AS A PAYING CUSTOMER AND GIVING TO PERVERTS
Just don’t go in the damn Target restrooms; better yet,
just don’t darken the damn door at Target.
The first real issue, as I see it, is the insistence that these people be officially allowed, even if they are noticeable.
The second real issue - which is much more serious - is that they want the same rules to apply to locker rooms and communal showers.
Just stop shopping Target-problem solved.
