throw crap-laden toilet paper on the floor like the Mexicans

I am seeing more and more of this. I figured it out when I talked to a manager. He said that in Central and South America, the septic/sewer systems are so bad that only urine and feces go in the toilet. No one trusts the plumbers/sewer workers to show up on time and fix the problem, so its just easier to wipe your ass and throw the TP on the floor so the evil establishment owner will have to clean it. It is starting to be more common here in America. Disgusting.

I work in Mexico 3 months of the year and they have wastebaskets for this. They don’t throw the paper on the floor. No wastebaskets in America (no need), so they throw it on the floor.

Really, I’ve seen worse in Greece, on the island of Create. In some areas, the water only runs a few hours a day, so they crap on top of crap and it’s a NIGHTMARE.
