“Good evening, puppypusher...((HUGS))...hope life is treating you well these days.
Is spring here to stay at your house?”
Kathy,I’m doing fine, still working at least for two more years. That’s my hope anyway.
As far as weather go’s it’s been confusing. One day we’re in the low fourtys the next day we’re up in the sixties.
The one good thing is we didn’t get a lot of snow storms this year and when we did there was not much of an accumulation to clean up.
If this is what Global Warming is about I’ll take more of it thank you.
Hope things are going well in the Great North for you and yours.

Kathy, every week or so, especially on a Saturday Night, I am hoping to post a nice Classical Piece from You Tube on a Thread. Anyone who wants to be on that ping list, just let me know.
This is not to even attempt to compete with our FR Classical Music Experts. It is just a little nice thing to cheer up this somewhat “bitter” election cycle, and is meant to be something all us FReepers can enjoy without controversy.
Anyway...I am glad you enjoyed it!

It was awesome.
My sister Chris, who normally doesn’t join in because she has a very demanding job, plays flute and sings. She did “Nights in White Satin” by the Moody Blues, with me on rhythm guitar, my other sister on a cajon (Box drum), my B-I-L on lead guitar. It gelled perfectly, and she was able to do an extended flute solo (ala Ian Anderson of Jethro Tull) that was concert quality. There were quite a few dropped jaws in the place.
Then I did “Wish You Were Here” by Pink Floyd and did not drop a single note in the entire song...a feat I have never been able to do before. My solo is ALWAYS marred by at least ONE dropped note.
It was really good.

I don’t do it on purpose. Sometimes I just fall asleep.
I get really tired these days. Driving must be hell for the Truckers!
I think I will start taking pics of my visits as long as it isn’t classified.

I see the wildest things. I take the “old road” anytime I can.
