A Muslim insurgency depends upon the jihadis being able to hide among "regular" Muslims, who supply them with food, shelter, and supplies.
Depopulate the Muslim areas, and the insurgents have no bases.

Those Freepers think that the US is owed something for past works. They cant see past that those other countries cannot afford to wait long for the US to get its act together and re-embrace its values, because that may not happen.
