Being as it is a public employees health insurance group, they will just raise taxes to cover the additional cost for health insurance.
Since there is likely only ONE city employee for whom this is an issue, it would be cheaper to pass a hat or do a gofundme for the confused one.
“transgender” has become the latest fad. I am amazed at how fast the latest fad spreads in this country. Hula hoops. Cabbage patch. Michael Jackson. And now dickchopping. The fads all have one thing in common: insanity. It seems the more insane the more widespread the fad.
Within months people are being fired for not liking the fad. Companies are in fear of being sued.
But, like all fads, this will pass, and the country will continue its never-ending love affair with the banal, the unnatural, the sensational, and it will be replaced by another fad. The next one will be BI.

It is actually medical malpractice, patient abuse, and shared delusion, and we are to be legally required to play pretend with people on who they are, as we did as children. Only with children, it’s a game. This is being forced into someone’s delusion, which secular humanists have also voluntarily accepted.
