Napolitano: Hillary Facing Catastrophe Whether She Is Indicted or Not
PJ Media ^ | 4/2/6/2016 | Debra Heine

Posted on 04/26/2016 6:16:57 AM PDT by GilGil

"He (Napolitano) would not be surprised if FBI agents who truly believe that there is enough evidence to indict Mrs. Clinton and to convict her on both the email charge and the public corruption charge, will feel frustrated and stymied by the political people in the Justice Department and will want the public to know what they know," he said. "If that class of people -- it would be more than one person -- leaks information to the press, I agree with Senator Grassley, if there is a leak, and if what is leaked is credible... the president could have a Saturday night massacre/Watergate-style disaster on his hands in the last six months of his presidency."

Just 7 months until everyone must decide to either take a stand against corrupt tyranny or walk freely into the gas chambers. We know what the judge will do.

Judge Napolitano is one of those who still believes in the rule of law and the antiquated notion of the rules are for everyone.

Impeachment of Loretta Lynch would be as start.

Yes. But the den of traitors is very large. I use the word traitor in its truest, most literal sense. Rope & lamp post sense.

To clean them out would/will require a serious (and potentially very dicey) upheaval of our society.

You are so right about the news media covering for Hillary! And that will continue on until at least November.

Take the Yahoo site for example. For some time they've been running pro-Hillary and anti-Bernie stories. It's subtle, but it's there. (Hillary comes out in favor of equal pay...Bernie has trouble with minority voters.)

Soon the pivot will be to pro-Hillary and anti-Trump stories.

This sort of thing will be repeated almost everywhere. And it will have an effect.

those days are over the internet will prevail over the MSM

Tell that to the Center for Medical Progress. They released literally hundreds of hours of video showing Planned Parenthood in open, flagrant violation of the law. The media buried it, PP skated, and now they are going after the guy who made the videos.

We have been totally Stalinized.

Unless it comes down hard and fast in the next 6 months, it isn’t coming down at all.

There will be no justice administered from *any* Republican administration. Trumpies will be disappointed in that regard should he get the brass ring. You can make book on it.

Exactly. We have a free press, but not a fair press.

We don't have a free press. We have a government controlled monopoly of the "press", meaning the Broadcasting systems that serve that function today.

Everyone in the "press" is a Union member. Everyone who matters in the "press" is a Urban, Elite, Liberal Democrat who control what level of opposition information is permitted to reach the public.

The "press" is completely under the control of a Cabal made entirely of one party and one school of thought. It is as far from being a "free press" as it is possible to be. It is a one party Organ of the state.

Not sure how our society can survive when first, the president and Congress ignore the U.S. Constitution. Secondly, our so called leaders demonstrating two very different scales of justice. One for the elites, one for the citizen. Third, the monumental fiscal mismanagement of our nations financial security and the largest transfer of wealth in world history from the middle class to China and multinational corporations.

Bottom's gotta drop out somewhere. Cannot keep propping up a faux economy forever. Cannot continue to borrow and print $$$ forever.

“...this nation is doomed...”

Well then, I guess there’s no point in keeping the lights on at Free Republic. Or voting. Or political activism. Or hope for our kids and grandkids. Or the Constitution, the Bill of Rights, the Declaration, our history, ancestors, war dead, achievements, heroism, inventions, dreams - none of it matters any more.

Come now, and lay down your arms. Surrender and let the horde do as they will, because we’re doomed anyway.

Trump needs to start hitting this and calling out Comey to do his job. If there is no push on this Comey will let it die. Trump needs to state that his administration will redo the investigation

This is for after the convention.

The biggest part that has not been made public yet. The ONLY way to move data from a JWICS system (all top secret and above) is through extraordinary espionage behaviors. JWICS has no comms ports (USB, bluetooth, WiFi, ANYTHING) JWICS cannot be connected to the outside world, 100% air-gapped in a TEMPEST secure space with armed guards, only interconnected via USAF secure SAT. ESPIONAGE!

If a cell phone can be gotten into the room (and who is going to say no to the SoS's personal aide?), all she has to do is take a picture of the screen, and forward the picture.

Hillary won’t be charged or indicted. She’ll have to sideline herself to get Obama out of a jam. One of the almost unknown issues now is her racketeering using her office as SoS to funnel bribes to the Clinton foundations by laundering the money through a Canadian charity. Once the extent of that comes out Obama can either chose a legacy of corruption or his favorite fairy tale.

There was a reason she wanted a private email server and it wasn’t to save on long distance telephone charges. That was her downfall.

Judicial Watch will interview her aides probably this coming month now that the agreement has een submitted to the judge.

Like most you don’t seem to be aware of the other prong of the FBI investigation which is bribery, racketeering, money laundering and tax evasion.

I'm aware of it, they dovetail with the private server. And the possibility (probability IMO) that secret intel was used as collateral for these millions of "donations". But I really don't see how those crimes change the way this is going to play out.

Unless the FBI leaks a lot of very damaging and VERY SIMPLE info (Dem voters are effin stupid) she will still get the nomination.

The deals Hillary was doing had nothing to do with selling classified info. She was selling her office. She used her influence to do quid pro quo deals.

She and the media have confused people about the emails. Her racketeering brought in billions to the Clintons foundations. It was plain old pay-to-play. You give me this. I make sure you get that.

Can a presidential pardon be overturned by a subsequent president? Can a sitting president pardon themselves? I truly don’t know the answers to these questions.
Please forgive if already answered elsewhere on FR, I don’t read it everyday.
