I like what Napolitano says too, but talk is cheap and I think this whole indictment/leak thing is a disinformation campaign to leak off steam from a knowing public aware of Hillary's crimes (too many to list).
Napolitano is more of a Glenn Beck style self promoter (as are so many others). I would respect her more if she just acknowledged that the same laws that apply to you and me do not apply to the big fish, and Hillary is just too political connected to the Justice Department to indict.
That can't happen when the media is covering for Obama (and for Hillary).
This whole FBI leak thing reminds me of the Ken Starr investigation, which was being opposed by Republicans, the Trey Gowdy Benghazi investigation, etc. It is a kabuki theater disinformation campaign designed to let off steam while the clock ticks on. Stall, stall and the public will forget and move on.

If you do the research, Napolitano isn’t dreaming. There’s been leaks since at least mid last year. Hillary is headed full speed into a wall. The effects are apparent if you look.
Sander’s strength is partly based on Hillary’s weaknesses. Her upcoming personal Armageddon was obvious from the time a leak revealed the decision made during an internal meeting of FBI managers. At that point they proceeded based on the criminality they’d found.
Impeachment of Loretta Lynch would be as start.

Trump needs to start hitting this and calling out Comey to do his job. If there is no push on this Comey will let it die. Trump needs to state that his administration will redo the investigation
You forgot the CNWDI intel she gave up. DOE/NNSA/OST personnel were in LIBYA and her emails exposed their sensitive operation and even names.
The internet makes easier for dyed-in-the-wool liberals to visit only sites which would bury all news unfavorable to Hillary.

Die-hard Democrats would vote for Hillary, as Bob Beckel admits, from a jail cell (Hillary and her voters). That’s a given, and irrelevant to why it’s crucial to getting the facts in front to the larger public.
Napolitano is trying to convince any FBI and DoJ personnel who aren’t corrupt, to at least get the worst of the facts on Hillary’s abuses into the public view. Some fringe Democrats would see what a criminal Hillary is and at least stay home in November. Large amounts of so-called Independents need a reason to turn her down; they pay scant attention until the last weeks of the race. Information about Hillary’s crimes will scare off at least some of the wishy-washy crowd, but only if the facts ooze into the public consciousness.
Setting zero expectations for justice helps put another Clinton in the White House, and finish off what’s left of the USA. Do some of the commenters here just want to get it over with?
