North Korea launches missile from submarine, South Korea says

North Korea has fired what is believed to be a submarine-launched ballistic missile off the east coast of the Korean peninsula, the South Korean Joint Chiefs of Staff said Saturday.

The missile was fired at 6:30 p.m. local time (5:30 a.m. ET), South Korean officials said.

Don’t know if the missile reached it’s target. Our Navy had a problem with Poseidon missiles back in the early 70’s. Proud to say however that I was part of the Blue Crew that fired off a successful launch while on the G.W. Carver. The Navy made a big deal of it - quietly, of course.

I highly doubt the N. Koreans successfully reached their target.

Maybe I'm over-confident, but I believe we could blow any Nork sub out of the water without breaking a sweat. And even if those idiots could manage to get a missile away, that we could shoot it down before the fuse burned out.

And, assuming we had a president who could boast a functioning pair of testicles, the repercussions would be horrible for Pudgy and his drones to contemplate.
