I was happy when IBM gave us the option to use the chat feature instead of having to call the Help Desk, which is in India.

Dems are working on getting killers, rapists, child molesters, and cop killers on the voting roles. THEY KNOW who criminals want to vote for... and even if these folks are too strung out to vote - party bosses can do the voting for them...
