This adult snowflake, teaching science (requiring a rational mind) is confused beyond redemption.

The briefest way I can express my disbelief is to suggest that she imagine herself in the position of strongly embracing her faith, and resolutely anti-pervert.

How would she respond to a serial aborter?

Would she be committing a crime if she applied her personal value system in that case?? Would it trouble her as much?

“Sarah shared that the most notable experience of her winter break was a visit to a gay bar where she had flirted with some of the women there. I gave the usual “very good, moving on” response but was thinking, ‘Whoa, that’s disturbing.’ “

and

“How can I say that I don’t want to support students who are homosexuals, without getting put on some sort of list?”

What would be the reaction of her fellow professors if she wrote like that?

The reek of hypocrisy is overwhelming.

The Federalist Papers make quite clear the meaning of the Second Amendment. It was the right of the individual to own and possess firearms. We had just fought a war with a tyrannical central government, Britain. The framers of the Constitution feared centralized powerful government. That is why the Constitution is mainly a document defining the few powers of the Federal Government and in the Bill of Rights defining rights of the States and Individuals. The second amendment was to give power to the people against a tyrannical Federal Government.

Also the tenth amendment specifically states, The powers not delegated to the United States by the Constitution, nor prohibited by it to the States, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people.

Right. The gist of it seems to be that local militias may be formed, that is state militias pretty much, but these would be agglomerations, I presume.

I'm just saying that any ambiguity about the right of individuals to own firearms would be because the Framers implicitly understood this right, and so it would be covered under Article IX.

Nobody even thought to challenge such a right for almost 200 years. Did you know that the Secret Police confiscated a gun and ammunition from Sara Jane Moore and released her? In her attempted assassination of President Ford, "She was using a gun she bought in haste that same morning and did not know the sights were six inches off" ... what the ... ?

Soooo ... no guns for anybody!

Not very professional allowing personal likes and dislikes to influence critical judgement-—the instructor evidently isn’t qualified to make dispassionate evaluations affecting anothers career.
