Yes Newt knows of which he speaks. At this late date in the primaries you are going to see Trump kill it in 5 or states and his momentum will snowball while Ted tanks. Cruz will be forced out soon.

Trump’s thrown Lewendowski under the bus, got himself a Palestinian loving campaign manager, he’s shape shifting into the “good guy” status and surrounding himself with establishment GOPe. Just what American’s ordered.
LOL

I see now that this is why you organize the daily caucus votes to try to shame and bully cruz supporters into supporting Trump.

Trump does not support conservative values.

He has spent most of this campaign attacking the most conservative candidate in the race.

The quality of discourse here is Daily Kos.

Personal insults of the good man that is Ted Cruz know very few bounds here.

All of the candidates talk a good game. However, I have not heard even one mention something similar to the following:

Get the UN out of the US. Get the US out of the UN.

OR.....

Do they all support globalism?

If he were 20 years younger, I’d go with Rudy from (the first season of) Survivor.

The problem is that the current brand of conservatism is a failure. It has failed for over a decade and Cruz is now failing and losing big.

You need to retool your conservatism so that is succeeds. Your brand of conservatism is going down with the ship. Something must change.

Enjoyed Newt’s excellent Facebook video. Had been wondering about the status of the 3 remaining NY delegates. Newt explained that those belonged to the party chairman, the party chairwoman and the state chairman (all unbound). Based upon the size of Mr. Trump’s victory, he believes they will be under pressure to support Mr. Trump, thus making the final NY tally @92 delegates for Trump and 3 for Kasich.
Seems like the tide has turned in the wake of yesterday’s massive NY outcome.

And I'm not saying Cruz will be the nominee, either. I think the GOPe RINO power players will try to give it to Kasich...

I'm in agreement. Cruz needs to nail down the 2nd ballot, or it won't be Trump and it won't be Cruz.

Queen Elizabeth II was the heiress presumptive, I meant to say. Feminine form.

I think we can all start arguing about VP choices now.

How about Gene Simmons from KISS?

I would like Gingrich. Could be a very high functioning helpful VP who would know how to get the political side done, Walker NIC but not as capable.

Getting the UN out of the US would put the US on a trajectory towards unlimited success. The UN is as bad as Goldman Sachs and worse than the worst slum on this planet.

In 1980, as soon as the New Hampshire Primary was over, Reagan summarily fired campaign manager John Sears. William Casey was named in his place (and went on to serve as DCI).

A true executive is not hesitant to make changes whenever and with whomever it may be necessary and to do so without regrets, but with full confidence.

We just haven’t seen it in a long while, which is why it seems so unfamiliar and is so easily questioned.

Managing top people is among the most difficult tasks a leader can face. Doing it well is critical.

Trump should get together with a bunch of developers and construction workers and have a press conference outside the U.N. Building where they discuss possible options for what could be done with the property.

Instant President.

Now that the tsunami is out of the bottle ruz will just be swept away in it. That’s already starting according to your stats from CA. By the time CA happens Cruz won’t even be viable any longer.

Randy Evans of the RNC said that Trump would be able to round up enough votes from unbound delegates if he gets to 1,100. That means he would have to win only 38% of the remaining delegates.

Easy peasy.
