Donald Trump and Bernie Sanders Revealing Our Elections Rigged: “The Illusions of Choice”…
The Conservative Treehouse ^ | Sundance

(Nick Bernabe via ANTIMEDIA) Denver, CO — The 2016 election has been a wild ride, with two insurgent grassroots campaigns literally giving the political establishment a run for its money. But as the events of this presidential primary season play out, it’s becoming clear the U.S. election — and even more so, the presidential race — is a big scam being perpetrated on the American people.

Events from the last week have exposed the system as an illusion of choice and a farce. They have reinforced at least one study showing the U.S. is an oligarchy rather than a democratic republic.

The Wyoming democratic caucus took place on Saturday, purportedly to allow voters to have their voices heard in the race between Bernie Sanders and Hillary Clinton. Sanders lost the Wyoming caucus by winning it with a 12 percent margin.

I never listen to Rove. I honestly don’t. Maybe Rove lurks here and copied me or maybe it’s pretty easy to see the obvious here.

I did hear Rush say something about it but he focused on other things not the Winner-Take-All aspect of supporting the front runner.

So my comments are of my own research. At first I just said Trump got less than 40% of the vote but then researched it and realized that wasn’t correct. that’s why I just leave it at less than 50% but gets 100% of the delegates.

Can you give me a link to what Rove said? I want to see how closely he copied my talking points.

The definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting a different result.

Voting for yet another ivy league lawyer who became an elected official who has not even finished his first term is insanity,

That is insane and so are you . Rove does it feel god the people are not given a choice to select their person while you sit in your ivory tower looking down on us the voters?

screw you Rove. I can’t even put down what I think you the establishment and acks like you who spout the same utter B/S

He’s not complaining he’s very forcefully exposing the fact that delegates are being taken from him in states that he clearly won.

This election is a civics lesson to all of us.The electorate is now able to see the corruption. For that alone he should win.

Good point!

But if they do get to vote and they think that is the holiest way to choose a nominee...shouldn’t that vote actually be counted?

I mean they way they did it in Florida was they gave 100% of the vote to someone who got less than 50% of the vote. If they are going to do that why even vote?

yea so insane voters lined up for hours to vote only to see their vote ignored by delegates who are paid off, bribed, and influenced.

Your statement has no apparent connection to reality.

Voters vote and the winning candidate gets the first ballot vote of the number of delegates that he has won.

Cruz gets 100% of the delegates with 0% of the vote, but that fair for a Cruzbano

There was a vote in Colorado. No matter how many times it's repeated that there wasn't a vote there was. Ok how did they "select" the delegates in Colorado then if no one voted?

Where in the Constitution does it say that Presidential candidates should be selected by a small group of oligarchs?

Well, since you asked...

First, we all know that the Constitution does not provide for the President to be elected directly by voters, but rather by electors.

But second, did you know that the Constitution does not require that the electors be chosen by voters? That it is entirely Constitutional for a state legislator to pick the electors and not give voters a vote at all?

And third, did you know that the Constitution does not even require that those electors vote in accordance with how they are directed to vote, by either the legislator or voters? Under federal law, they can vote however they want.

No, sorry, it’s something completely different. It’s spontaneous and it’s called rational and independent thought.

Much easier, of course, to know nothing and be outraged about conspiracy theories and details your candidate overlooked.

There is no “right” to vote in a primary.

It costs in the neighborhood of $1 Billion Dollars to run a candidate for President. Good luck starting a new political party in a thoroughly corrupt nation where one of the two parties is the Party of Government and the other is the Designated Loser.

America - It’s all over but the shouting.

Article is spot-on. Revealing to millions of Americans that their vote really does not count is going to have serious long-term repercussions.

Exactly! Why did they give the appearance of voting in FLorida where Trump ends up with 100% of the delegates but less than 50% of the actual vote.

How is that fair?
