This could make the entire situation a pressing matter. Judges have finally started questioning the withholding of FOIA requests. Problem is these Depositions will not take place until well after the election, if at all. One would doubt the DOJ would allow a witness with immunity to testify in a separate forum while an ongoing investigation is supposedly taking place. Still good news. Keeping some type of pressure on all the politicians.

According to this article they are being scheduled for this summer, before the Convention. We don’t know who will be given immunity and Pagliano has already given testimony so I think it will go ahead on schedule.

I would think the State Department was not involved. This was afterall, a nongovernmental function outside the workplace boundaries

Just saying. I don’t think she will face any legal ramifications at all. They have sooo much money, sooo much power, and soooo much they can use to “coerce” others. I think there is only one way she will not be elected.
