That is very curious that she said Trump and Cruz.
Sarah Palin would have been a good fit in Wyoming, I think.
Sparsely populated, with big Mountains, a lot like Alaska in that regard.
Something is off.
Trump has been saying Cruz has been stealing elections.
Palin said The GOP is trying to steal from both.
It may well be that Palin isn’t towing the Trump party line, and got recalled from Wyoming.
I sure hope it wasn’t because of Illness in her family.

“...If Cruz is mathematically eliminated he needs to drop out, not try to fight for the nomination at the convention.”
***************************************************************************************
By “mathematically eliminated” you mean reaching the point where the number of remaining delegate “slots” to be selected is larger than the amount of delegates that Cruz in below 1237.

So, if and when Trump reaches the point where TRUMP IS “MATHEMATICALLY ELIMINATED” does HE need to drop out?

If Trump were losing to Cruz the way Cruz is losing to Trump, the same rules would apply to him, let Cruz get the majority of delegates.

That is how the primary system is suppose to work, not plotting convention fights by picking off delegates here and there.

So, am I correct in understanding that you’re saying if Cruz is “mathematically eliminated” (as defined by you) then Cruz SHOULD DROP OUT.

But if Donald Trump is mathematically eliminated, Trump SHOULD NOT DROP OUT?

Is that correct?

At this point Trump is the only legitimate candidate left. Cruz is the NeverTrump candidate. He lost in the south and now is destroying the country with NO WAY to win the general. Cruz needs to drop out for the good of the country party and America.

No, I said the opposite, if Trump were in the same position Cruz is in now, he should drop out, not plan to steal the nomination at the convention as Cruz is.

Why do have a hard time understanding that?

...and she pulled an Obama when she bailed out as governor of Alaska.

Are you really going to post this discredited crap?

She was being targeted by left-wing operatives, using her own reform laws against her.

She had no choice but to resign. And since when is a politician resigning a bad thing anyway?

“...not plan to steal the nomination at the convention as Cruz is.”
****************************************************************************
Do you have the slightest comprehension that Cruz cannot “steal” something from Trump that Trump does not have?

Neither Trump nor Cruz has the nomination now. NOBODY HAS YET EARNED THE NOMINATION. The ONE & ONLY way a candidate can earn the nomination is explained in my tagline-—PERIOD, END-OF-STORY.

No, it is not the end of the story because in a couple of weeks Cruz will be mathematically eliminated from being able to get the majority of delegates, just as Kasich is now (who Cruz said should drop out).

So, when that happens in two weeks, Cruz should drop out as he urged Kasich to do.

So, plotting to win at the convention when you have lost the delegate battle is indeed 'stealing' delegates.

“So, plotting to win at the convention when you have lost the delegate battle is indeed ‘stealing’ delegates.”

So what happens if Trump doesn’t get to the 50%+1 threshold and has also lost the delegate battle?

Cruz and Kasich are only staying in to stop Trump from getting that number when they themselves can't get it either!

Kasich has won one State and is still running!

So, what both Cruz and Kasich are doing is against the spirit of the primaries and had any else but Trump been the front runner (like Bush for example) they would be pressured by the RNC to get out of the race.

Trump voters will never support either candidate who couldn't win fairly at the ballot box.

OK, as I understand it now, your candidate will not likely get over the “finish line” (i.e., accrue at least 1237 delegates) BEFORE the convention so, therefore, you want his competitors in the race to drop out so that THEY will not accrue 1237 delegates first.

I have BAD NEWS for you, Ted Cruz is NOT a DEFEATIST so he will not be dropping out before someone secures the nomination. I would suggest that Trump spend more time working to secure delegates and less time whining, crying and complaining about how things are UNFAIR and trying to crown himself with VICTIM STATUS.

Doesn't have a thing to do with "Trump Party Line".

Has everything to do with the fact that exactly the same GOPe-inspired "NeverTrump" tactics that were used so successfully in Colorado are/have been used in Wyoming. (plus Nebraska, but nobody really notices much about that place besides their semi-pro football team...)

Where did I get that?

I live right next door to Wyoming, have a great many business contacts (or at least have until Obama finishes shutting down the coal and most of the rest of the businesses there) and it's been common knowledge in this barren little corner of Flyover Country since August. JMHO, Palin flew in, did a few meet-and-greets, got the lay of the land and flew out on her own volition 'cause she didn't need to devote any more time trying to turn some GOPe clown away from the Dark Side than she'd already wasted.

Also JMHO, the GOP committees in all three states are going to have to have a genuine Come to Jesus moment with their registered voters PDQ or they can revise their planning for future conventions to reduce the seating capacity to more appropriate levels. Like maybe a phone booth.
