You know -- new roads, sewers, water treatment plants, new buildings and mosques, new hospitals, free medical care, free food, free education, new schools for the children, new mansions for the politically connected insiders, new weapons for the military, training for the police and military, paychecks for the military and police and government workers and on and on and on and on .... until America is completely looted.
