I agreed with you right up to your last sentence. The court of public opinion won't care because the media will spend months "exonerating" her and months indicting the Republican nominee. In fact, if the GOP nominee dares bring it up, the media will spend weeks decrying that mere mention of the emails as "bullying war on women."
Hillary is looking at choices before July. either she bows out of the race or (I’ll put it this way) she will be subject to extrajudicial action at a time and place not of her choosing.
There’s too much out within the last week and more coming for her to survive as a candidate.

I think this government we have right now is just about the most corrupt it’s ever been, both parties are nothing but enemies of the people and it’s going to be interesting to see how far they go before the people rebel. Hillary becomes POTUS, the 2nd amendment will be gone - no doubt with the help of the GOP treasonists - she will mass import as many 3rd worlders as she can get, the selling out of this country will continue, the regulations will continue to pile sky high, and no doubt they will “start taking things from you for the benefit of the common good” probably by using the Obamacare scam. They raise the rates so high nobody can afford it, then raise the “fines” through the stratosphere until most of the country is indebted to the government. Then they’ll pull the rug out and start taking everything you own to pay off these “fines”.

You’re missing the other part of the equation. Classified emails + racketeering = no presidency. Trump won’t ignore the racketeering. Sanders may not either since NY is at stake.
The media can’t leave Trump alone. Therefore Trump’s questions to Hillary about the racketeering equals media exposure.

I suspect that there is a lot of negotiating going on from Clinton. She knows she’s in hot water.
I don’t have access to the FBI investigation. All I have is what I see and hear in the media about this. I then apply that to my experience and reason.

Maybe that’s why the Republican party is doing everything it can to defeat Donald Trump. If he gets elected and starts being briefed he’ll find out just how much Washington is corrupted. He will have no option other than to expose it.
