H/T to Freeper "4Zoltan."
Cruz is a U.S. citizen, no doubt. But he’s a citizen by law, not birth. That’s naturalized.
Insert dead horse here. . .
Enough already.
“A New Jersey administrative law judge on Monday heard two challenges to GOP presidential candidate Ted Cruz’s eligibility to appear on the New Jersey ballot, based upon the Texas senator’s birthplace in Canada.”
Has he stopped laughing yet?
Each state controls its own ballot. You don’t apply laws or local court cases that are made in CA to SC.
Gee I kept reading last night that it is “settled law” and no more hearings...
More lies :(
Popcorn ping
EVERY SINGLE STATE TO DATE HAS DETERMINED TED CRUZ ELIGIBLE!
For reference only, ALJ Masin’s opinion in the 2012 Purpura v. Obama
Interesting the Cruz attorney didn’t argue the merit of the argument, but rather the standing of those making the complaints.
Here is a simple test. If Cruz had stayed in Canada since he was born there, would he be considered being a Canadian citizen today. If the answer is yes, then he is not qualified to be President of the USA.
You know, every 6th grader back in the 60’s & 70’s knew that a President had to be a Natural Born Citizen, which is defined by being born to two USA Citizens on USA soil or possession. What in the hell happened to us?
You can try the case in every state court. Just because one state rules one way, it doesn’t mean the other state has to come to the same ruling.
Unfortunately most Americans are either incapable of understanding the question or simply insist that Cruz is a natural born citizen because they support him for president or say he is not because they don’t like him. I started out with an inclination to support Cruz because he seemed to be a constitutional conservative but when I learned the facts of his origins I realized there is no way he can possibly be a natural born citizen. Of course at this point it would not matter at all if he were a democrat, he would be considered natural born, since he is a Republican it is a different can of worms.
“How many states to date have determined Ted Cruz eligible prior to their state Republican Primary?”
-—it only takes one for the whole house of cards to fall
Don’t forget, kids. It was Hitlery’s campaign who originally dragged out obunghole’s eligibility. If sCruz is the nominee, Hitlery and her monkeys will be on this like white on rice. Think you’ve heard the last of his eligibility issues? Lol. Think again.
[Interesting the Cruz attorney didnt argue the merit of the argument, but rather the standing of those making the complaints.]
Reminds me of the Obama cases. But at least three of the shills running interference for that haven’t been seen around this parts since just after 2012.
Odd, that.......
