“We’re talking about American citizens (who) think a guy who’s Canadian-born is eligible to be a U.S. president – without any documentation whatsoever. If Ted continues on – we are going to release the files we have, two weeks from tonight, and we will bury Ted Cruz forever in American politics… If we have to stop this guy from defrauding this nation, then we are going to do that.” – J.B. I’m not a Cruz fan, but the endless “news” of someone saying, “We’ve got a bombshell ... and we’re gonna tell ya ... later ... if some judge, or Cruz himself, or someone ... doesn’t release this incredibly important information right away ... if they don’t release it ... well ... well, then we will!”

Cruz is not eligible. The amazing part is how many self proclaimed American patriots seem to think he is.

Why haven’t they already released whatever they have? Don’t they have a legal obligation to do so?

Not saying the claim they are proposing to make is false, just that this outfit isn't in with the hip kids and royalty class, so whatever they say makes no difference.

Natural born citizen
Naturally a US citizen because one cannot be anything else.
Born here of citizen parents.
Obama is not a natural born citizen. He was born with foreign nationality from his foreign national father.
Same with Cruz, Rubio, Jindal and Haley.
Apparently there is no controlling legal authority.
Anybody can run.
Nor have the read the laws very closely. A passport also serves as documentation of citizenship, and Cruz has a passport and has had one for a long time.
Can you imagine if Trump had sealed records of any kind? Yet no one goes after Cruz who pretty much has sealed his life.
