Following what appears to be a series of sweeps in Colorado delegates favorable to Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), GOP frontrunner Donald Trump’s campaign is preparing for the last four congressional district (CD) delegate votes Friday and the state GOP Convention on Saturday, where the final 13 delegates will be selected.
“We are distributing Trump slates in each CD and at the state,” Trump’s Colorado state director and veteran political operative Patrick Davis told Breitbart News on Friday. “We are talking with convention delegates face to face [and] changing minds.”

If you look at the delegates won so far its clear that Trump wins east of the Mississippi and Cruz wins us folks in the fly over country of the west.
Trump has a big problem in the west as he is seen as just another eastern tin horn wanting our support at election and then pretending only the right and left coasts are the only voters that matter.

CD 1 - Cruz 3
CD 2 - Cruz 3 (2 unbound)
CD 4- Cruz 3
CD 5 - Cruz 3
CD 6 - Cruz 3
CD 7 - Cruz 3 (2 unbound)
They are voting for CD 3 tonight. and 13 more convention delegates tomorrow.

Cruz is my senator and has done all he can as my senator to stop obamacare, when Ted wins on the 2nd ballot, I will press him to fulfill that promise and use the idea floating out there which is to allow insurance companies to cross state lines (health, car, life, medical, etc) and drop mandatory insurance for all via tax fines to support others and more than anything STOP the government subsidies for obamacare. Also, stop all renewanle energy subsidies, and ethanol and foreign aid subsidies.
I don’t believe for a second that Trump will rid us of a 20 trillion $ deficit in 8 yrs. Sorry folks that is impossible. BUT, I do believe and I’m sure Cruz believes we can rid ourselves of many departments in the US government.
This may sound funny, but I think we could probably fire 1/2 of the DOJ because they spend 1/2 there time investigating crimes (F & F, emails, immigration), and 1/2 there time CONVINCING THEMSELVES NOT TO PROSECUTE.

It’s a little hard to change minds when they are bound to Cruz. The key is getting your bound delegates elected.
Trump’s slate of preferred delegates at CD 7 didn’t even make the ballot, because 2 of them refused to pay the $5.00 fee.
Trumpers never understood it’s the ground game that counts. I don’t think it’s a good idea to refer to voters candidates as dog face, little marco, low energy, pedophile, lyin lyin, WHEN EVERYONE KNOWS THE BIGGEST LIAR IS TRUMP.

Did Trump screw up by not going in earlier, or is he screwing up now by going in at all? Gotta be one or the other....

Meanwhile, now that Trump has figured out there’s a game to play in Colorado that he’s missed the first six innings of, Cruz’s team is probably on the plane to Pennsylvania to get some licks in before the first inning there.

Just because the Cruz campaign isn’t up to snuff with the rules doesn’t mean Trump is to blame.
The Cruzers shouldn’t complain, these rules have been around forever, and Cruz doesn’t know them?

Two of those four are already in the can. Cruz won all of the delegates.

You obviously weren’t at the assemblies you are referring to. He won because the delegates at the assemblies are overwhelmingly in favor of Cruz.
