if it wasn’t for the FOIA, Gowdy and the rest of the big talk no action red meat serving “conservatives” would have never let this come to light of day.

I always find it odd that the “hard core” “principled conservatives” are never able to find their voice or their principles until their hand is forced, and FOIA sure is a powerful force.

FOIA: doing what the house and senate were really really really wanting to do (trust me, they really really wanted to get to the bottom of the corruption).

He originally scheduled her behind closed doors....

You might think Gowdy would have “got it” when Hillary herself demanded public hearings.

I couldn’t read past the faded introduction, but, based on the title, this seems like a major point. If you receive an FOIA order, it is still illegal to exclude documents, just because you think the government won’t ever find them. If the documents are actually found, that alone, is proof of a criminal act.

Hillary Clinton did not “win” anything in her testimony.

She simply lied and calculated that if she won in the court of public opinion she would skate free.

She was giving sworn testimony under oath and pain of perjury

She committed perjury big time in her testimony

The FBI has been handed the responsibility of pursuing this because the Republican leadership would prefer to have the FBI criminal investigators chase Clinton

Given how moronic the Republicans are , that's a good plan
