Didn't Sibley say that he's got a time bomb that will go off and release the info to news outlets?

Let it blow.

I, too, held this information. I just discovered I was hacked also.

Easy enough to arrange for the server storing them to be “hacked”. Just use the same crack IT team Hillary used to safeguard her bathroom server.

I dont think it matters whose side you are on in this matter, isn’t it better to get this out now, rather than later?

That could cost him a bunch of money. The court could decide to fine him per record that was released - what do you think the fine would be if he was fined $100 per record? $1000 per record? Since he made it clear that he intended to violate the gag order, they could basically bankrupt him for the rest of his life if he's not careful.

That Roberts is compromised over threats to his adoptions is speculation.

That Roberts is in some way compromised is more than speculation.

That Roberts is having SCOTUS deny the request to protect the powerful is borderline speculation. Because hundreds of other names have been released, disclosure of the remaining names would serve the public interest.

However, in Roberts favor, the Madame defendant is no longer living, the names that remain on the list would not have an opportunity to face her in court. The argument of public interest to disclose would only to serve to injure those who could not have their day in court.

The attorney should go ahead and release, or cause a hacker to break in and release, and then pay the consequence of jail time. The court of public opinion could then hang the guilty.

Ball is in lawyer’s court.

It seems that politics comes before the law with John Roberts.

Not just jail time - they could also hit him with massive fines.

Well, it’s been said he’s an ex-lawyer. As such, he should have had all his assets distributed to NOK.

So he can forge ahead as a dead-man-walking.

[Roberts is in someone’s pocket.]

Someone is in Roberts’ pocket. Helping it. Or suppressing something.

Ok, am I wrong on this but it seems Roberts only denied the “emergency” part of this filing. The filing can still go forward under normal rules of the court - true?

His time-bomb is a 72-hour reset button, that will release the records after 72 hours if he doesn’t keep resetting the clock. This is to keep him ALIVE. Thus, in the event of his death, the records are released. He has uploaded the records to at least 4 servers around the world.

He also said he is releasing the records with or without SCOTUS removing the gag order. But that’s separate from the 72-hour reset button, which is his Life Insurance. (Of course, once he releases the info, he has no more life insurance.)
