JACKSON, Miss. (AP) — A federal judge Thursday overturned Mississippi's ban on allowing same-sex couples to adopt children.
U.S. District Judge Daniel Jordan, in a preliminary injunction issued Thursday, ruled for the couples who had sued, saying the ban is unconstitutional after recent U.S. Supreme Court decisions legalizing gay marriage and benefits for gay couples. He ordered John Davis, executive director of the Department of Human Services to stop enforcing it.

The ruling on marriage is an unconstitutional infringement on religion, as that is the source of marriage. States can make rules on who is eligible to adopt. We need a governor of a single state to stand up and tell the Fed to shove it. It is WAAAAAY past time to finish the fight for States rights. I am of the opinion that the Yanks will not have the stomach to fight a confederacy of states this time. Too much publicity, and the city folks are too pussified to fight anyway.
Each day a different state caves to the sodomites. Then we have Alabama and Judge Roy Moore standing up for all that righ and decent and never backs down to the radical queers.

No, it won’t end. The judiciary has done more to advance the cause of tyranny, aka, organized crime, socialism, and communism, then all branches combined. This ruling is nothing short of human trafficking and child abuse by perverts.
And that “fight” is the only way this organized crime, aka tyranny, will ever end. History has proven it a hundred times.
So, it’s not just about marriage, it turns out.
The judge might as well have said that Christianity is now illegal because of the “same-sex marriage” case.

How abusive to raise a child in a homosexual household. It really is not relative that apparently many people are undisturbed by this. It’s still horrific child abuse!
