That Comey’s doing the “interview” is a big tipoff that what we were hoping for is not going to happen and what we feared is. Hillary will come away with a seal of approval from Comey and a big “let’s all just move on”.

Lynch can appoint a special prosecutor which will drag things out. But that will create a feeding frenzy in the media. For all practical purposes her presidential aspirations will be dead.
There’s a very slight chance, Hillary may be sentenced like Petraeus was without being charged or indicted. I suspect her campaign will evaporate after that too. There’s too many people out there that consider Hillary a crook.

It depends on WHO is taking her deposition and WHO is the judge on the end of a phone!
If the attorney taking her depo is to depo’s what Romney was to the 2012 Election then your right. If the attorney taking her deposition was mine who has to bring his balls into the room in a wheelbarrow..............they would take HC out on a gurney!
Another thing is that in Texas civil depo’s are not limited to 6 hours. I have had them go on several days all day long. So, this becomes a threat, indeed a weapon. Meaning, “by god I will keep her here “as long as it takes”.
The “Mighty Wretched One”, will wear the Orange Pantsuit for the interview, just as one last SLAP in the face to everyone,cause you know the cameras will find out where that FBI meeting/questioning happens, and she already knows she gets a Pardon on Jan 19, 2017, EVEN IF she is charged.
If that happens, then it's up to him to resign and blow the whistle.
An FBI interview is not a court proceeding like a deposition that requires the witness be placed under oath. Nevertheless, lying to an FBI agent is still a Federal offense.
Outcomes can’t be predicted.
One can only guess what Hillary has on Obama and/or Comey.
One can only guess the grave damage that the Regime might force others to avoid, given that dozens or hundreds might have let Hill’s transgressions go on for years.

I think you have something and it’s a good analysis.

Yes, and there are many people that are afraid of her because they know if she would become the POTUS, she would loose the wrath of Hell upon them. They figure that they’d better get her and eliminate the threat because they know she would get them.
We’ll just have to wait and see.
