“You are right. Because so far, Ted Cruz is performing blah blah blah “

Yeah, ok.

Thanks for the canned Cruz fan post. I’m sure Ted will send you blessings and your own girlfriend as a prize.

I’m a SoCal republican (quite a few of us out here in the IE actually) and will be voting for Cruz.

Still, long shot to stop the populist/RINO runaway train that is Trump (aka guarantee of a Hillary presidency).

Crooze wins mostly in caucus states because it’s one thing to vote in a secret ballot versus voting in a caucus room filled with Crooze partisans.

In primaries, late voters go against Trump due to the millions spent sliming him by the establishment. He still wins though.

Any caucus states left?

That primary isn’t until June 7th. By that time Cruz would have lost NY, CT, RI, MD, PA, DE, IN, and maybe even WI (next up). So, by time CA, MT, NJ, NM and SD come up on June 7th, Cruz will be so far behind in delegates, and popular vote, most people won’t vote for him, so it is likely Trump would pick up the bulk of the delegates on June 7th.

Check the polling methodology..

Poll was conducted 3/16-3/23 among 1503 voters, INCLUDING 391 registered Republicans... pu-leeze.

Given the by district nature of the CA primary a close numerical race is the worst news Trump could get.

Two months from now Cruz is out of the campaign and it will be Trump vs. Kasich in the Golden State.

Can you imagine what will happen here at good ol Freerepublic if somehow Ted were to actually win the nomination?

It would be glorious. Schadenfreude of all schadenfreudes. Liberal heads will explode with the brightness of 1,000 suns. Talk about weeping and gnashing of teeth.

I'm still holding out hope.
