It was the intent that matters; it would not matter if the ad used a high school yearbook photo of Trump’s wife. What matters is that the ad used Trump’s wife to smear them both. It is the smear, not the picture. Cruz, I believe, did condemn it the next day, after the election. Sort of llike Cruz apologizing to Carson, after the vote in Iowa.

If that PAC is only an anti-Trump PAC and claims they are not supporting any other candidate, why did the ad specify one particular candidate to vote for ?

Glenn Beck who Ted campaigns with has attacked Mrs Trump before plus said he would stab Trump. Yet, Cruz still says nothing about that. Then, there are the Cruz supporters who call for a “blacklist” of Trump supporters. How creepy is that?

Bull. His purported "supporter" was part of an independent PAC. The candidate isn't in the approval chain. As for a candidate "calling out" forms of misbehavior, I have yet to hear Trump "disavow" his supporters cold-cocking protesters who are being escorted out by cops.
Cruz's handlers won't allow him to "attack" Hillary but will have no problem continuing to go after Melania Trump.
Cruz is a lying snake who loses more and more credibility every day. He's quickly following in the footsteps of Rick Perry, Jeb Bush and Mitt Romney. It's no surprise.

Is Cruz implying that Hillary is not to be attacked? I have not seem Cruz spending much time attacking Hillary, only obsessed with Trump to a point where it appears not normal.
