JediJones, exactly how does your logic work? 'Cruz can beat Hillary in the swing states where he cannot even beat Trump'. Is that it? Who would vote for Cruz in those states that already has not? In all but one Trump has beat Cruz and by massive margins ( in four of them he crushed Cruz by more than 2 to 1 ). So *please* explain this logic. I think you have one giant assumption in there. You would need to expect that if the nomination was stolen from Trump in a floor fight and somehow given to Cruz, that the Trump voters would stick around. I can guarantee they will not and will bolt the party forever.

The current data indicates the logical strategy is to send in the candidate who does the best in those swing states. Who is that JediJones, can you at least answer that question?

Read the post from me right above yours. It is true that we do not know that Trump can win the general, the demographic trend is killing us and the electoral map is against us. He shows great strength in the critical swings states where the election is routinely decided and that is a very positive sign, and that is why so many jumped on board the Trump Train last summer.

The only thing we almost know for sure is that Cruz would get crushed in the general election. That means that if you have any logic or common sense, you need to correct your mistake of supporting a loser before it is too late. This is objective reasoning, pure math and historical data, and demographic awareness. It is not personal. If you have to cross a 100 mile desert in a car that has 35 miles worth of gas, you need to think with your head rather than your heart to avoid making a fatal mistake.

Now about your "Yankee" and "liberal" remark ( I'll leave "carpetbagging" out since you obviously have no idea what that word even means ). It is just as dumb an insult as the earlier one from Cruz with his idiotic "New York Values". When Saint Ted said that, the klaxxon should have sounded off in your head that your candidate was either clueless or was never really running for President of the United States. He shot his own legs out with that crack because he is supposed to be collecting votes from everybody, not just "Red" states. And unless you actually believe you can win a general election without (D) and (I) votes, which is utterly insane, then you should have recoiled in horror from that act of self-sabotage.

Secondly, up here in New York I have routinely listened to smartass liberals badmouth the great people of the South with "redneck" and "southern hicks" and much worse, and I always hammer them mercilessly for being the arrogant, hypocritical, "racist", schmucks that they are. My apologies for a fact free response to your misguided post.
Things are a little busy. The turning of delegates from Trump to Cruz is somewhat time consuming yet quite rewarding in the end.

Here are a few facts I can share with you. Over the past six days or so millions of women have turned from Trump. The picture thingy?...well at first they gave it a pass. The messing with someones marriage via false claims?...not so much. Add to that the Trump campaigns number 1 guy busted for assaulting a woman...(on video no less)...and that sort of seals the deal.

On the bright side it has brought much needed reinforcements to the cause. Along with some evangelicals with buyers remorse it makes the job of convincing some delegates to change their allegiance much easier. Let me explain.

Every person who has been in a relationship of a romantic nature has at some point had a false accusation foist in their direction. Be it just a vindictive or jealous person, or to be used as a weapon (as is the case here) to advance some sort of personal gain. Those accusers are never forgiven nor forgotten. Most people looking outside the relationship also vent anger at those who would do harm to their friends, family and neighbors. To mess with someones marriage? UNFORGIVABLE! Thus the buyers remorse from some who had supported Trump.

Must have been a lot of discussion over this at Easter services one would imagine. As for the name calling and references to the “Cruz Cult”. Interesting that support for a person who has been standing and fighting for the same things I believe in for several years when few others would not dare, should be declared a “Cult” by those who claim to believe in those same positions. But alas, core principles and values are apparently an evolving paradigm these days.

“Using my head” I can declare with most certainty that Cruz Cultists never gave money to support the GOPe, liberal demonrats, the Chamberpots or K/Wall Street oligarchs. Most of those who support Cruz/Rubio/Paul are in fact Tea Party or Tea Party allies. For goodness sake we didn't just send you 1 or 2 candidates for President...we gave you 3 choices. Your choice and the choice of many others; was another North East Rino/liberal entrapped by what James Carville once referred to as “BOOB BAIT FOR THE BUBBAS”. In this case a wall, deportations, make America Great Again...blah blah blah.

Shall I go into the chances of Donald winning the general election? Thanks for asking. Let's just take a quick peek at some of the base support needed for such a victory and some that have been peeled away due to Donny the Democrat Donors actions, deeds, or words shall we?

Mexican Americans (where Cruz had made many inroads), Muslims (the King of Jordan is one, and is an ally of ours), Mormons (Beck not withstanding), Cubans (attacking the first 2 Cuban Americans running for POTUS does not shore up the base). Woman, some Catholics, ardent Pro-Lifers, NRA members loyal to Cruz (he actually fought for their rights)...the list is almost endless.

And growing by the day.

Tell me again how Trump wins the general. It should be fascinating.

Anyway, if you are ready to bailout of the bozo bus I can assure you that all will be forgiven. We all have been fooled or flimflammed on more than one occasion in our lives. No harm, no foul. I do not need a ‘judge’ to tell me what ‘natural born’ means... I have known what it means since I took the Constitution test in school... some 40 years ago. I am NOT a ‘natural born’ US citizen... I was NOT born on US soil... These legal scholars in all manner of elected and appointed positions take great pleasure in remaking the Constitution..

NO judge or act of Congress can bestow ‘natural born’ citizenship upon anyone. Only two US citizen parents giving birth to their child upon US soil creates a ‘natural born’ citizen. ‘Natural born’ US citizenship is akin to a birthright... government cannot give it or take it in spite of the claim to the contrary. Napolitano should know better than to subvert the Constitution.
